DMCA Policy

Introduction

APK Games Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.

This policy outlines the procedure for copyright owners to request the removal of allegedly infringing content, as well as the procedure for users to submit a counter-notification.

Copyright Infringement Notification (For Copyright Holders)

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written communication (a “Takedown Notice”) to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient for us to locate it on our Service (please provide the exact URL of the page containing the material).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification (For Users)

If you believe that the material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification (a “Counter-Notice”) to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location (URL) at which it appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which APK Games Tech may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If they do not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the infringing activity, we may restore the disputed material.

Repeat Infringer Policy

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
